Yassine Rogui spent 18 years leading CX and CCaaS programmes for leading organisations in France, Europe and internationally — across luxury, finance, telecoms and insurance. 400 projects. Teams of 10 to 600 agents. Genesys, Avaya and AWS Connect platforms in their most complex configurations.
In 2024, he founded One-X Technology in Casablanca with a conviction: major Moroccan companies deserve the same level of expertise as their European counterparts, delivered locally, in French and Arabic, in the right time zone.
